Description

In brief: Polish Combatants' Association (SPK)- central combatants organization founded in 1945 in London. Members of the Association are combatants organizations active in countries where Polish combatants settled after World War II. Aims of the association: continued struggle for independent, sovereign and democratic Poland; assistance to Polish combatants emigrating overseas, to former members of the Home Army; defense of the Catholic Church; action to speed up the return of Polish deportees from camps, prisons and deportations; punishment for the Katyn crimes and mutual aid for members.
