The Institute has extensive archival resources, accessible to everyone. We are working on digitization of our resources and making them accessible in the Internet. The Institute is financed by individual membership fees and donations. The price list includes expenses incurred by researchers working on-site, and research hours and clerical services (scanning, photocopies and mailing) for orders. The Institute offers free access to the archive for visiting scholars and researches as well as public. After filling out a written
request form the user can use the materials on the premises, following the terms of user procedures. On-site usage The use of copier on site costs 30 cents per page. Portable scanners and cameras are permitted, with a fee of 10 cents per page. Services ordered

$50 for a casette up to 2 hours in length, for a single title, $5 for each additional title. |
Special orders for services not listed above are negotiated on a case by case bases. Some on-site documents are available on microfilm only. We currently do not make copies or scans of microfilms. The price list above applies to archival materials that can withstand handling. If the documents require special handling or conservation before making the order, the prices can be increase by 200% to 300% . In each case, we will inform the customer before starting the work. In selected cases, the Institute can apply discounts. Members of the Institute obtain a 25% discount for ordered services. For membership information, please go to

Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specified conditions, the "fair use” clause is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be "used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research.” If a user makes a request for, or later uses a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of "fair use,” that user may be liable for copyright infringement.
