Antoni Roman Papers 1927-1940
Biography / History: Antoni Roman (1892-1951). From 1920 served in various government positions; vice-consul in New York (1920-1922); Attache in the Polish Military Commission in Danzig (1923-1927). Minister of Industry (1936-1938); senator in 1938. Interned in Rumania in WW II, returned to Poland in 1945. Adviser to the Polish Ministry of Industry and Commerce, later in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Abstract: private notes; an essay on Polish industry; documents and correspondence during internment in Rumania; press clippings from Rumania.
