| Biography / History: Wartime, pre-war, and communist-era paper money | | Abstract: Banknotes from: the period of German occupation (General Gouvernement) of Warsaw, from the Second Republic, earliest banknotes from the communist period (PRL) up to 1979; banknotes with stamp of NSS Solidarity, and with satirical drawings sold as fundraisers. A separate section is made up of banknotes marked “cegiełka” (little brick)emitted by the Association of Legionnaires.
