Subway
The Institute is located at the Greenpoint Avenue station on the G subway (exit at the Greenpoint Avenue end of the platform). From Manhattan take the L subway (switch to the G at Lorimer St.) or 7, E or M line (switch to the G at Court Square).
Bus
Greenpoint is serviced by the B43 and B62 bus lines (exit at Greenpoint Ave) and the B24 line (exit at Manhattan Ave)
Car
Take route 459, exit at the Pulaski Bridge in Queens - the bridge leads to McGuinness Blvd, or route 278, McGuinness Blvd. exit. Continue on McGuinness Blvd, turn west on Greenpoint Ave. The Institute is located near the Manhattan Avenue crossing.
Train Stations
From Penn Station take the E subway towards Queens, switch to the G at Court Square. If you prefer the bus, take the Q32 bus to Queens Plaza, then the B62 bus to Greenpoint Avenue.
From Grand Central Terminal take the 7 subway towards Queens and at Court Square switch to the G.
Airports
From John F. Kennedy International airport take the AirTrain (at any airport terminal) to Sutphin Boulevard (Jamaica) and switch to the E subway, at Court Square take the G.
From LaGuardia airport take the Q48 or Q70 bus to the 7 subway, at Court Square take the G.
From Newark airport take the AirTrain to the Newark Airport station, change to the New Jersey Transit train to Penn Station in Manhattan. Take the E subway towards Queens, at Court Square take the G.
